Once a watchtower, later the monastery’s bakery from 1693, now an independent three-level retreat. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a private garden opening onto the valley. The ancient structure of the former oven remains visible: a tangible trace of the castle’s past.
