Cooking is an act of devotion: the oldest of gestures, uniting nature, intuition and memory. The castle’s gastronomic vision bears the signature of chef Alberto Toè (b. 1988), trained in some of Europe’s most influential kitchens. His cuisine speaks the language of the region but looks beyond, balancing roots, research and deep respect for the land. 

Stube

A sequence of historic rooms shelters the culinary soul of the castle: from the small wood-panelled Stube with its antique tiled stove to the Residenzstube with inlaid ceilings. Each space preserves an echo of the past and a timeless warmth. 

Alpine cheeses, fresh vegetables, mountain broths and soups, traditional desserts and contemporary interpretations: at the table, the region becomes a story to share. Every dish is a dialogue between ingredients and local culture.

Bar

Classic cocktails meet creations inspired by mountain herbs and local spirits, alongside light dishes and a carefully curated selection of distillates. A quiet lounge in a historic setting, inviting you to slow down.
