A staircase at the heart of the castle leads down to the spa: a quiet sanctuary carved into the rock. Here, water rituals and sweeping views over the Dolomites shape a vision of wellbeing deeply rooted in nature. A space to be enjoyed freely, with unlimited access included in every stay: indoor saunas, a heated pool and relaxation areas overlooking the valley.
Outdoors, warmth and coolness alternate in restorative experiences, with a Finnish sauna, two heated infinity pools and – just a few steps away – the ancient monastery cloister, perfect for a stroll outdoors between treatments.
The spa thus becomes the invisible centre connecting castle and mountain, past and present, stillness and vitality.
Wellbeing area
A corridor of Romanesque vaults leads to spacious rooms dedicated to self-care. Within walls once inhabited by nuns, the spa’s treatment suites preserve rituals inspired by distant philosophies, and the unique energy of a place where different eras coexist.
Fragrances and botanical preparations sourced from the ancient herb garden accompany each treatment, in harmony with the landscape that surrounds the castle – a direct connection to the earth, its rhythms, and the knowledge once safeguarded by the abbesses.

Even those who are not staying at the castle can immerse themselves in this place of wellbeing that spans time and mountain.
Daily admission includes access to two indoor saunas, an outdoor Finnish sauna, steam room, heated indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and a panoramic relaxation area with tea corner.

A kit including a bathrobe, slippers, and towel is provided.
Terms and cancellation:
A 50% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of confirmation. Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience; after this time, 100% of the experience cost will be charged.
