Breakfast

Included in every stay, breakfast is an expression of home-style cooking, made with local ingredients and complemented by an à la carte selection of sweet and savoury dishes. Freshly baked pastries and artisanal South Tyrolean jams are paired with

farmhouse cheeses and cured meats, alongside Tyrolean specialities chosen by the kitchen. A generous, energising start to the day: an invitation to savour the depth and character of mountain flavours from the very first moment.

Stube Badia

A sequence of historic rooms shelters the culinary soul of the castle: from the small wood-panelled Stube with its antique tiled stove to the Residenzstube with inlaid ceilings. Each space preserves an echo of the past and a timeless warmth.

Alpine cheeses, fresh vegetables, mountain broths and soups, traditional desserts and contemporary interpretations: at the table, the region becomes a story to share. Every dish is a dialogue between ingredients and local culture.

Bar

Classic cocktails meet creations inspired by mountain herbs and local spirits, alongside light dishes and a carefully curated selection of distillates. A quiet lounge in a historic setting, inviting you to slow down.
