An opportunity to discover the craft behind every cocktail, learning techniques, proportions and the small details that turn each glass into a story.

Cooking Class

A hands-on introduction to Alpine cuisine, explored through the gestures, textures and aromas that preserve its heritage. Guests learn to prepare some of the region’s most iconic recipes, from Knödel and Spätzle to goulash, Gröstl, apple strudel and Black Forest cake, discovering the beauty of a cuisine that is simple, precise and deeply connected to its ingredients.
